Speaking and Workshops
I speak with colleges, churches, conferences, and leadership teams about Christian leadership, work, vocation, authority, and the formative power of institutional life.
My aim is not simply to motivate, but to help audiences think clearly, act wisely, and lead in ways that build people without breaking them.

Introduction
Leadership is never only about outcomes. It is also about the kind of people we are becoming, the habits our institutions cultivate, and the moral weight of the authority we exercise. That conviction shapes my speaking and teaching across Christian higher education, ministry, and organizational life.
I bring together experience in Christian higher education leadership, psychology, institutional development, and ordained ministry to help audiences think more deeply and act more faithfully in the places where people work, learn, serve, and grow.
Who I Serve
I regularly speak in contexts such as:
Christian colleges and universities
Faculty and staff development settings
Student life, work education, and vocational formation programs
Churches, ministry teams, and discipleship environments
Conferences and leadership gatherings focused on formation, culture, and faithful vocation.
If your audience is trying to think more carefully about authority, responsibility, work, correction, culture, or leadership development, there is a good chance I can serve that conversation well.
Speaking topics
Measured Authority: How Leaders Build Without Breaking
A talk on the right use of authority, the dangers of harsh or careless leadership, and the virtues leaders need if they hope to form people rather than merely control them.
Work as Formation
A presentation on how responsibility, labor, and institutional expectations shape character, habits, and vocation, especially in educational and Christian settings.
Leadership, Correction, & Restorative Practice
A practical and theological exploration of how leaders can confront problems truthfully without humiliating people, and how correction can serve restoration rather than mere punishment.
Developing People, Not Just Performance
A talk for supervisors, educators, and team leaders on coaching, accountability, and formation in workplaces where the human being at the end of authority must never be forgotten.
Faithful Vocation & The Meaning Of Work
A Christian reflection on calling, stewardship, responsibility, and the place of daily labor in a life of discipleship.
